You can select from various options provided by Royal Mail, such as Tracked 24 or Special Delivery, depending on your preference and urgency. The cost of the upgraded shipping will be calculated based on your order and location.
  4. Processing Time: Please note that I require a processing time of 3-5 working days to prepare and pack your order before it is handed over to the courier for shipment. This processing time allows me to ensure the accuracy and quality of your items.
  5. Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed and handed over to Royal Mail, the shipping time will vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. As mentioned earlier, the estimated delivery time is typically 2-5 working days after the item has been posted. However, please be aware that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or peak seasons.
  6. No Shipping to PO Boxes: I regret to inform you that I am unable to ship to PO Box addresses. To ensure that your order is delivered securely, I require a physical address where someone is available to receive the package.
  7. Incorrect Address: It is essential to provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. If you realise that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact me immediately via my contact page on the website. I will do my best to update the address if the package has not been shipped yet. However, if the package has already been shipped, I cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional charges incurred due to an incorrect address.

  5. Refunds Process: Once I receive the returned item, I will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
