What are they made from?

All of my pins are made from hard enamel, giving them a smooth, polished finish and vibrant colours. They're designed to be sturdy, long-lasting, and ready for wherever your adventures take them.

Does it come with locking backs / spare backs?

Every pin comes with a standard black rubber backing plus a spare. I've lost enough pin backs over the years to know they occasionally vanish without warning.

How big is it?

The dimensions for each pin can be found in the product description. I considered including a banana for scale, but measurements felt slightly more professional.

Will my pin look exactly like the photos?

Very close, but not necessarily identical. Colours can vary slightly depending on your screen settings, device and lighting. Think of the photos as a reliable prediction rather than a binding prophecy.

What is your shipping policy?

Delivery times often vary, I can't commit myself to exact delivery times.

However all of my items will be posted with Royal Mail Tracked postage, meaning it has a tracking number included and is insured with Royal Mail. Hopefully this give you peace of mind.

• UK, Royal Mail states 3 - 7 WORKING DAYS for Tracked 48 post.

• Overseas it depends on your location but it ranges from 2 - 10 weeks for postage.

What is your returns policy?

You can reach out 14 days after recieving an item for a refund.

You are within your rights to return an item up to 30 days of receiving it if you're not 100% happy with it.

However I can not accept returns for items that have been personalised or damaged due to error.
