What are the pins made from?

All of my pins are made from hard enamel, giving them a smooth, polished finish and vibrant colours designed to last.

Do the pins come with spare backs?

Yes! Every pin comes with a standard black rubber backing plus a spare. I've lost enough pin backs over the years to know they occasionally disappear into another dimension.

Will my pin look exactly like the photos?

Very close, but not necessarily identical. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, device, and lighting conditions. Think of the photos as a reliable prediction rather than a binding prophecy.

How big are the pins?

The dimensions for each pin can be found in the product description. I briefly considered using "roughly the size of a small goblin's treasure" as a unit of measurement, but centimetres seemed more practical.

What is your shipping policy?

Delivery times often vary, I can't commit myself to exact delivery times.

However all of my items will be posted with Royal Mail Tracked postage, meaning it has a tracking number included and is insured with Royal Mail. Hopefully this give you peace of mind.

• UK, Royal Mail states 3 - 7 WORKING DAYS for Tracked 48 post.

• Overseas it depends on your location but it ranges from 2 - 10 weeks for postage.

What is your returns policy?

You can reach out 14 days after recieving an item for a refund.

You are within your rights to return an item up to 30 days of receiving it if you're not 100% happy with it.

However I can not accept returns for items that have been personalised or damaged due to error.
