How big are the bookmarks?

They are around 8cm by 3 cm, as each is handcrafted they can vary slightly. They're designed to fit comfortably inside most books without taking over the whole page.

Are the bookmarks foiled?

Yes! Each bookmark features foil detailing designed to catch the light and add a little extra character to your reading experience. They are then laminated for extra spell protection.

Will my bookmark look exactly like the photos?

Very close, but colours and foil effects can appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting conditions. Think of the photos as a reliable prediction rather than a binding prophecy.

Are bookmarks a good gift?

Absolutely. They're thoughtful, practical, easy to post, and ideal for anyone who always seems to have their nose in a book.

What is your shipping policy?

Delivery times often vary, I can't commit myself to exact delivery times.

However all of my items will be posted with Royal Mail Tracked postage, meaning it has a tracking number included and is insured with Royal Mail. Hopefully this give you peace of mind.

• UK, Royal Mail states 3 - 7 WORKING DAYS for Tracked 48 post.

• Overseas it depends on your location but it ranges from 2 - 10 weeks for postage.

What is your returns policy?

You can reach out 14 days after recieving an item for a refund.

You are within your rights to return an item up to 30 days of receiving it if you're not 100% happy with it.

However I can not accept returns for items that have been personalised or damaged due to error.
